After the success of his session on Change Management in Dubai in 2017, we have the pleasure of welcoming back Jamil QURESHI as keynote speaker for the 2018 FIDI Conference. He will host a business session, followed by a hands-on workshop.

During the last FIDI Conference in Dubai, Jamil talked through the principles of high performance as a leader. For this Conference in San Diego, Jamil provides practical insight into high performance as a team. During the Business Session, Jamil takes us through the 6 'C's of optimising the potential of a team.

What is the difference between a group of people and a team of people? How we can ensure that teams are aligned and performing at optimal levels to archives a common purpose? For teams to perform well, it is not just about the people, but the environment and culture we choose to build to allow success to take place.

The workshop will allow a select group of attendees to look at how to adapt leadership to a changing world, in order to be successful.
